Look what we've done to DSLaunch!
After upgrading to DirectSOFT v5.3 you'll see that we've added a 'DirectSOFT on the Web' entry to DSLaunch. When you select this link, DSLaunch will retrieve the - you guessed it - 'DirectSOFT on the Web' page from the Host Engineering web site. We will use this page to keep you informed of what's new at Host Engineering. New products release information, product update information, technical support tips, etc. will all be retrieved by your DSLaunch window.

Our goal with these changes is to better communicate with all of our customers, and if you don't know that you are one of our customers, we'd like the chance to introduce ourselves to you. We thought about an Email newsletter, but there's too much Email already, and managing all that subscribing and unsubscribing is a little too old school for 2008.

We want to be more proactive in providing you with timely information, so we are using DSLaunch to open a communication channel, through which we hope to get your comments on our existing products. We also want your ideas for new products or enhancements to existing products. If you have any questions or technical support issues, we want to know, and we want to help. Which is a great segue into what else we are doing at Host Engineering: our Product Support Forums.
