| We offer a repair service for our
products that are no longer covered under the
original manufacturer's warranty. Before you send the item back to us
for repair, we need you to fill out the form at the bottom of this page
to request an RMA number and get the shipping instructions. Once we receive the item for repair, we'll evaluate the item and determine whether to repair it or replace it (with a refurbished unit or one from B-stock). You will always get back a functional item, it just may not be the same one you sent to us. If you need the same item back, just specify that in the Additional Instructions field when you request an RMA number and we'll try our best to accommodate your needs. The following chart lists the current (as of January 2010) repair price for the modules we manufacture. These prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping costs. At this time we do not accept credit cards as a payment method for the repairs. You will be invoiced for the total cost of the repair, plus the shipping costs, and any additional fees (e.g. customs fees on international shipping).
